  • 1 big Pear or 2 smalls peeled in pieces
  • 1 cup (200g) low fat Greek Yogurt
  • 150ml Apple juice
  • 2 teaspoon Peanut Butter high protein
  • Ice

COOKING METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients in the blender and mix them until nice and smooth
  2. Serve chilled in glasses
  3. Garnish with mint leaves, slices of pear and strawberry

Tips:

  • You can use frozen strawberries instead of fresh, on that case you do not need to add extra ice
  • You can use 1 Pear ‘’Abate Fettel’’ type or 2 Pears ‘’Williams’’ type
